Kick-off for New Web­i­nar Series by Mobility2Grid

We’re exci­ted to launch Grid­Talks, a new web­i­nar series by our Mobility2Grid rese­arch cam­pus. In the­se web­i­nars, experts dis­cuss cur­rent issues in the ener­gy and mobi­li­ty tran­si­ti­on — from intel­li­gent ener­gy manage­ment and new sto­rage tech­no­lo­gies to con­cepts for invol­ving citi­zens in sha­ping sus­tainable mobility.

The series kicks off on Decem­ber 12, 2025, with the web­i­nar “Par­ti­ci­pa­ti­on and Accep­tance in Ener­gy and Mobi­li­ty,” hos­ted by the nexus Insti­tu­te, which leads the work packa­ge on “Par­ti­ci­pa­ti­on and Accep­tance.” The ses­si­on will focus on how par­ti­ci­pa­ti­on pro­ces­ses can be desi­gned to fos­ter accep­tance and effec­tively advan­ce the ener­gy and mobi­li­ty tran­si­ti­on in urban areas.

The web­i­nar will pro­vi­de a con­cise over­view of the fun­da­men­tals and importance of par­ti­ci­pa­ti­on and accep­tance, show­ca­se prac­ti­cal examp­les of pro­ven and inno­va­ti­ve par­ti­ci­pa­ti­on for­mats, and offer an oppor­tu­ni­ty to dis­cuss con­cre­te case stu­dies. Par­ti­ci­pan­ts will gain prac­ti­cal insights into how to design effec­ti­ve par­ti­ci­pa­ti­on pro­ces­ses in their own pro­jects — from plan­ning to implementation.
